NECA Division Award Winning Luncheon Keynoter: Kimberly Key - "Overcoming Career Self-Sabotage"

Thursday, April 16, The Horton Grand Hotel, 1:00-3:00 PM

When working with people on their employment path, one powerful remedy is to confront the lurking danger of career self-sabotage. And, no, you don't have to provide endless hours of psychoanalysis to uncover the hidden motives buried deep within your client's unconscious to accomplish it. Instead, you can reduce self-sabotage by addressing four simple solutions in the employment planning process up front. This talk will share the four causes of career self-sabotage and how to effectively alleviate them in your initial career-planning goals, thereby leaving your clients and employers more fulfilled with each other. You will also walk away with lasting tips for inspiring your clients, colleagues, and yourself.

Please join former NECA board member, Kimberly Key, for this informative and inspiring talk at the NECA luncheon in San Diego.
